I wanted to write a little inspirational poem after I completed this drawing. I really loved the way the little water droplets ended up turning out and the delicate nature of a silk cobweb made me really feel something. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. The poem reads:
“Raindrops stitch a web of light
and hold the fragile dreams of night.
They glow with promises that we’ve made,
in silver threads the heart has laid.
By dawn, those threads will start to be
not just a dream, but our destiny.
