Greeting Card Questions
What size are your greeting cards?
Most Canary East greeting cards are 4.25" × 5.5" folded (A2 size).
Do the cards come with an envelope?
Yes! Every greeting card comes with a brown envelope.
Are the cards blank inside?
Yes, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Most Canary East greeting cards are blank inside so you can add your own personal message.
What are the cards made from?
My greeting cards are printed on ultra premium 230gsm matte photo paper. They're designed to feel special enough to give, keep, frame, or display.
Are the greeting cards handmade?
Yes! All of the printing and cutting is done in house. Because each card is made and finished by hand, there may be slight variations from card to card, and that's part of what makes them special.
How long does it take for my card to ship?
Cards are made to order, so please allow up to one week for production before your order ships. Once shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Do greeting cards ship for free?
Yes! All greeting cards ship for free.
How will my cards be packaged?
Orders of 3 cards or fewer are shipped in a 5×7 envelope. Orders of 4 or more cards are shipped in a sturdy box.
Can I order multiple copies of the same card?
Absolutely! You can select the quantity you'd like on the product page before adding the cards to your cart.
Sticker Questions
What are your stickers made of?
My stickers feature either a glossy or holographic protective laminate, depending on the design.
Are the stickers waterproof?
The stickers are made from water-resistant material and have a strong adhesive backing.
Can I put a sticker on my water bottle?
Yes! They're great for water bottles, laptops, notebooks, beverage containers, and plenty of other smooth surfaces.
Are the stickers dishwasher safe?
No. While they are water resistant, they are not dishwasher safe.
How big are the stickers?
Sizes vary by design. Most stickers are approximately 3–4 inches in length. Check the individual product page for the specific size.
Are all of the stickers holographic?
Not all of them! Some designs have a glossy finish, while others feature a sparkly holographic laminate.
Are the stickers sold individually?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, each listing is for one individual sticker.

What is the Canary East Snail Mail Club?
The Snail Mail Club is a little monthly dose of art and happy mail, delivered right to your mailbox!
Every month, you'll receive a fresh package inspired by a new illustration.
What comes in each month's mail?
Each monthly mailing includes:
A new greeting card
A sticker
A little write up sharing the inspiration or story behind the illustration
A mystery bonus gift or surprise
Every month is a little different, so there will always be something new to discover!
Is the Snail Mail Club a subscription?
Yes. Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription, and you'll receive a new piece of happy mail each month.
When will my subscription start?
Sign up before the 15th of the month to receive that month's mailing.
Subscriptions started on or after the 15th will begin with the following month's mail.
Will I receive the same things every month?
Nope! Each month will feature a fresh illustration and a new story, along with new goodies to enjoy.
Is the Snail Mail Club just for collectors?
Not at all! You can collect everything for yourself, share pieces with friends, send the cards to someone special, or simply enjoy getting a little surprise in the mail every month.
Why Snail Mail?
Because getting something in the mailbox that isn't a bill should feel a little magical.

Who is behind Canary East?
Hi! I'm Timothy, the artist, designer, and founder behind Canary East.
I'm a self taught designer and artist based in Rochester, New York. Canary East is where I share my illustrations, greeting cards, stickers, art, and other creative projects.
What does "Canary East" mean?
The name represents creativity, individuality, inspiration, and new beginnings.
The Canary represents creativity, vibrancy, and having a voice. East represents renewal, fresh inspiration, and moving toward something new.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible at info@canaryeast.com with details and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
For damaged or defective orders, you must contact Canary East within 7 days of delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because items are carefully made and packaged, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that are not damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. If your claim is approved, a replacement may be provided when available, or a refund may be issued to your original form of payment.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Canary East normally ships through USPS Ground. If you'd like expedited shipping or prefer another carrier, please email info@canaryeast.com before placing your order.
