Return Policy
At Canary East, each piece is carefully selected and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. All sales are considered final.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@canaryeast.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will provide a replacement when available or issue a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny a damage claim if the request is submitted after 7 days or if the item shows signs of use beyond shipping or handling issues.
